Refunds & Returns

Our promise

If a piece doesn't fit your home, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to return

Email returns@valprome.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Exceptions

Final sale items (clearly marked), made-to-order pieces, and clearance candles are not eligible for return. Custom inquiries are case by case.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most banks post within 3–10 business days.

Exchanges

We don't process exchanges directly — return the item for refund and place a new order so the new piece reaches you fastest.
